New Patients at Elite Spine Center
We look forward to welcoming you to Elite Spine Center. When you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send you a link to complete your new patient paperwork online prior to your first appointment. This will save you time in the office, but if you prefer to complete the paperwork here, simply come in a few minutes early.
Your First Visit
When you enter the practice, our cheerful staff will greet you, answer any questions you may have, and make you feel right at home. You’ll sit down with Dr. Pate to discuss your symptoms and how they affect your life. Then we’ll do a thorough examination, including various orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic assessments. Your exam will usually also include digital X-rays that we take on-site.
We know it’s stressful when you don’t know what’s causing your health issues, so we don’t make you wait to find out the results of your exams. Dr. Pate will go over your X-rays with you at this same appointment and explain what’s causing your symptoms. Then he’ll provide some initial care to help alleviate your pain and better understand how your body will respond to adjustments.
You can plan to be here for about one hour for this visit.
Your Second Visit
At your second appointment, Dr. Pate will talk with you about how you feel after your first adjustment, and he’ll go over his recommendations for your custom care plan in detail, so you understand what to expect in terms of frequency of care and costs involved. If you’re ready to continue, we’ll begin your care plan at this visit.
Paying for Care
We are an in-network provider with many plans, including Medicare. We also encourage patients to use their HSAs and FSAs. If you have questions about your insurance benefits, we can verify your coverage for you.
